Rayan

Rayan is a name rooted in mercy; the gate of Paradise reserved for those who fast. It’s a coffee that feels like a gentle opening. Bright, smooth, and fruit-forward, this light-medium roast brings together the sweetness of grape and cherry, the depth of plum and cocoa, and the soft clarity of cane sugar. It’s a cup that invites reflection and replenishment. It is full of light, yet grounded in warmth. Whether sipped in early morning stillness or as a pause between tasks, Rayan delivers presence in every pour.

🌿 Born of the Mountains, Shaped by Tradition

Rayan is sourced entirely from the renowned regions of Huila and Cauca, two highland areas that form the soul of Colombia’s specialty coffee scene. Here, smallholder farmers cultivate Caturra, Typica, Castillo, Colombia, and Bourbon varietals at 1,200–1,800 MASL, where cool mountain air, volcanic soil, and a deep-rooted culture of craftsmanship produce coffees of clarity, complexity, and elegance.

Each bean undergoes a meticulous washed process, allowing its natural character to shine through. The result is a clean and expressive cup, where lively fruit, silky body, and cane sugar sweetness come together in perfect harmony.

Colombia

🇨🇴 Beans Sourced from Colombia – Huila & Cauca

In Colombia’s southern highlands, the departments of Huila and Cauca are known for more than just their elevation — they represent a generational commitment to quality. These regions offer ideal microclimates: sunny days, cool nights, and frequent mist that slows the ripening of the coffee cherry and concentrates flavor. Grown by smallholder families, the beans are typically handpicked, then fermented, washed, and sun-dried with care.Huila contributes brightness and structure — notes of red fruit, plum, and subtle florals — while Cauca brings a silky mouthfeel and balance, with a gentle backbone of chocolate and brown sugar. Together, they create a cup that reflects the land it came from: high, rich, and filled with quiet beauty.
