A coffee that feels like a gentle opening. Bright, smooth, and fruit-forward, this light-medium roast brings together the sweetness of grape and cherry, the depth of plum and cocoa, and the soft clarity of cane sugar. Full of light, yet grounded in warmth.

🌿 Born of the Mountains, Shaped by Tradition
Rayan is sourced entirely from the renowned regions of Huila and Cauca, two highland areas that form the soul of Colombia’s specialty coffee scene. Here, smallholder farmers cultivate Caturra, Typica, Castillo, Colombia, and Bourbon varietals at 1,200–1,800 MASL, where cool mountain air, volcanic soil, and a deep-rooted culture of craftsmanship produce coffees of clarity, complexity, and elegance.
Each bean undergoes a meticulous washed process, allowing its natural character to shine through. The result is a clean and expressive cup, where lively fruit, silky body, and cane sugar sweetness come together in perfect harmony.
