What makes Duhaa Cafe unique?

Duhaa Cafe is a Muslim-owned brand offering thoughtfully curated coffees—4 blends and 4 single origins—all specialty-grade (80+ SCA score) and roasted fresh to order. We focus on flavor, ethics, and aesthetics, delivering a beautiful coffee experience grounded in intention.

What is “specialty coffee”?

Specialty coffee is the highest quality grade of coffee in the world—beans that score 80+ on the Specialty Coffee Association’s scale. They are hand-selected for their flavor clarity, clean processing, and origin character. It’s coffee that tastes as good as it is ethically sourced.

Where do you source your coffee from?

We source our coffee from trusted partners who work directly with producers across the world’s top growing regions—including Guatemala, Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia, Costa Rica, and Mexico. All our coffees are specialty-grade (80+ SCA score) and come from farms or cooperatives that prioritize quality, sustainability, and fair wages. We only select lots with full traceability and a strong commitment to ethical practices.

When is my coffee roasted and shipped?

Every order placed on our website is roasted within 24–72 hours, packaged immediately, and shipped the same day it leaves the roastery.

Do you ship within the U.S.?

Yes—we currently ship anywhere in the United States. You can expect delivery within 3–6 business days from the time you place your order.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but not through the website. Please email contact@duhaa.co to arrange an international shipment. Because international shipping is expensive, we recommend placing a bulk order to reduce cost per bag.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, because we roast each order fresh, all orders are final and cannot be changed or canceled once placed. Please double-check your selections before checkout.

What is your refund policy?

Coffee: We don’t accept returns, but if your order arrives incorrect or damaged, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.


Accessories (mugs, tote bags, candles): Returnable within 14 days if unused and in original condition. Contact contact@duhaa.co to begin a return. Please include your order number in your email.

Do you offer ground coffee?

Yes! We offer ground coffee suitable for most brew methods including French press, drip machines, and pour-over.

How do I store the coffee?

Keep your coffee in its original bag in a cool, dry, and dark place, and secure it with a clip between uses to maintain freshness. For longer-term storage, freezing is also an option—just thaw completely before opening.

How long does the coffee stay fresh?

For best flavor, enjoy your coffee within 4 weeks of the roast date, though it will remain drinkable for much longer if stored properly.

Who is eligible for wholesale?

We supply cafés, grocery stores, Islamic centers, online stores, corporate teams, and more. Whether you're running a masjid café or a community gift shop, we’d love to work with you. Please email wholesale@duhaa.co for more details.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes—the minimum is one 5 lb bag per order. We offer tiered pricing with discounts at higher volumes.

Do you offer private-label or custom blends?

Not at the moment. We're focused on maintaining the high quality and consistency of our core lineup.
