Refund & Returns Policy

We stand behind the quality of every bag of coffee and every product we ship. Please read below for how we handle refunds, returns, and order issues.

☕️ Coffee Refunds

All of our coffee is freshly roasted to order, which means we cannot accept returns or exchanges on coffee products. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality issue, we’ll gladly make it right.

Please contact us at contact@duhaa.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll review your request and offer a replacement or store credit if eligible.

🛍️ Returns on Accessories

We accept returns on unused accessories—including mugs, tote bags, and candles—within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

To start a return, email contact@duhaa.co with your order number and the item you wish to return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like to receive a different item, you may return your accessory for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
