From the Mountains of Chiapas to the Heart of Cerrado

Crafted from a thoughtful pairing of high-grown Mexican and Brazilian beans, this medium-dark roast offers a comforting balance of origin character and roast development. In Chiapas, Mexico, smallholder farms cultivate Bourbon and Typica varietals in the misty highlands between 1,300–1,750 MASL, using traditional washed processing to preserve brightness and clarity. These are blended with Brazilian beans grown in the sun-drenched plateaus of Cerrado at 900–1,400 MASL, where Catuaí, Catucaí, and Mundo Novo varietals are carefully pulped and dried for richness and structure.

Together, these coffees undergo a roast that deepens their natural flavor while preserving origin complexity. The result is a smooth, full-bodied cup with toasted nut, rich cocoa, and a lingering finish — a daily brew that’s both reliable and distinctive.

Beans Sourced From Mexico

In the highlands of Chiapas, Mexican farmers cultivate Bourbon and Typica varietals between 1,300–1,750 meters, where cooler temperatures and traditional washed processing result in coffees with refined structure and natural brightness. These beans add a layer of clarity and lift, offering soft chocolate notes, gentle acidity, and a smooth, rounded body. Their elegance perfectly complements the depth of the Brazilian component, creating a blend that bridges medium and dark roast character with harmony and distinction.

Beans Sourced from Brazil

From the sunlit plateaus of Brazil’s Cerrado region, these beans grow between 900–1,400 meters in a climate ideal for consistent harvests and rich flavor development. Using pulped natural processing, the Catuaí, Catucaí, and Mundo Novo varietals yield a bold, full-bodied cup with deep cocoa notes and a touch of toasted nut. This foundation brings structure, warmth, and a grounded richness to the blend — offering a smooth and satisfying base for daily brewing.
