Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, absolutely. You can pause, skip a delivery, change your cadence, or cancel right from your account in a few clicks. No phone calls, no holds, no guilt.

When am I charged and when does it ship?

Your card is charged on your renewal date, and your coffee is roasted and shipped within a day or two after. You will get a heads up email before each renewal so nothing catches you off guard.

How fresh is the coffee?

We roast the day your order ships. Most bags reach you within a few days of being roasted, which is the freshest coffee most people will ever have at home.

What if I am traveling or have too much coffee?

Skip a delivery or pause anytime from your account. Push it out a week, a month, or as long as you need. Your subscription waits patiently until you are ready.

Do I get to choose the coffee?

Each delivery is a curated selection from our lineup, hand-picked by our team to surprise and delight. If you ever want full control, you can always shop our coffees individually outside the club.

How much coffee is in a bag?

Each bag is 12oz (340g), which brews roughly 18 to 24 cups depending on how you like yours. The two bag plan gives you about 36 to 48 cups per delivery.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Free shipping is included on every Duhaa Club delivery, every time, with no minimums or hoops.

How does the giving work?

A portion of every Duhaa Club order supports a cause we partner with each month. We share who we are giving to and how much was raised, so you can see your cup becoming sadaqah.

Where do your beans come from?

We source from origins known for exceptional coffee, with current lots from Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, Ethiopia, and beyond. Every bag tells you exactly where its beans were grown.

How do you choose your roast profiles?

Each coffee is developed to highlight what makes that specific bean special. We cup, taste, and adjust until the roast brings out the best of the origin, whether that is bright citrus, deep chocolate, or something in between.

How do you ensure quality?

Every batch is roasted to order, cupped before it ships, and packed in resealable bags to lock in freshness. If a bag ever falls short, reach out and we will make it right.
